BLIND SPOT DETECTION
The available Advanced Warning and Adaptive Cruise Control Group includes innovative features to help keep you out of danger's way. Adaptive cruise control[3] automatically adjusts cruising speed to maintain a preset distance between your vehicle and the one ahead. The forward collision warning system[4] uses radar sensors to detect when a vehicle may be approaching another too rapidly, alerting the driver with an audible chime. Blind spot monitoring[5]utilizes dual radar sensors to constantly monitor driver blind spots, while rear cross path detection[6] warns the driver when cross-traffic is approaching the vehicle.
